Standard residential cleaning typically ranges from $180–$250+ per visit, depending on the size, layout, and overall needs of the home. Larger homes or properties with higher usage may fall toward the upper end of the range.
Most clients choose weekly or bi-weekly service, which allows our team to maintain your home efficiently while preventing buildup over time.

The Deep Reset is our most detailed residential service and is recommended for first-time clients, move-ins or move-outs, or homes that need additional attention before beginning routine maintenance.
Deep Reset pricing ranges from $450–$600, depending on home size and condition. Most deep cleans require 5–7 hours of focused cleaning to establish a true baseline.

Preferred Client Policies
Scheduling & Cancellations
We understand that schedules change. When possible, we appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can manage cleaner availability accordingly.
Automated Monthly Payments
Preferred clients are enrolled in monthly auto-pay for convenience and consistency. An email reminder is sent prior to each scheduled charge.
Minimum Service Commitment
To receive preferred pricing and priority scheduling, we ask for a minimum three-month commitment for recurring residential service. This allows us to assign consistent cleaners and maintain service quality.
Availability & Scheduling
All bookings are subject to availability. While we do our best to accommodate preferred days and times, some dates may be limited due to demand.

Access & Preparation
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the home at the scheduled service time and for securing pets or providing any necessary entry instructions in advance.
Service Quality & Feedback
If any area needs attention after a visit, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address it promptly. Our goal is always a positive, professional outcome.
Pricing Adjustments
Pricing may be adjusted if the condition, size, or scope of the home changes over time. Any updates will be communicated in advance.
