Preferred Client Policies
To ensure consistent service and scheduling efficiency, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to manage cleaner availability and service routes effectively.
For convenience, clients may enroll in our monthly auto-pay option. Email notifications are sent in advance of each scheduled charge for transparency and ease of payment.
Discounted service rates are available with a minimum three-month commitment. This structure allows us to provide consistent service while offering preferred pricing.
While we do our best to honor requested service dates and times, all appointments are subject to availability. We encourage clients to communicate any scheduling preferences in advance.
